Jeremy J. Bethke, son of Jan and Chuck Wann of New Prague, and Steve and Anne Bethke of Birchwood, WI, was promoted to the rank of Chief Master Sergeant, Wisconsin Air National Guard, 115th Fighter Wing, Madison, WI, on May 5, 2020. Chief Master Sgt. Bethke, a 1992 New Prague High School graduate, has more than 27 years of military service. He earned his Associate Degree through the Community College of the Air Force in 2016 and currently serves as the Superintendent of the Readiness and Emergency Management Flight, while also holding the position of Regional Chief Master Sergeant for the Federal Emergency Management Agency Region 7. Bethke lives in Baraboo, WI, with his wife, Michelle. They have two sons, Jameson Bethke and Alan Brown.
